Pickled pumpkin in cabbage brine

Pickled pumpkin in cabbage brine

Ingredients

Peeled pumpkin
Vigorous cabbage brine
Garlic (optional)
Greens (optional)

Cooking method

  • I have not exhibited a shorter recipe yet. Actually, there is no recipe. Just add pieces of pumpkin to the cabbage brine or just while the cabbage is souring. It is better to cut it with thin plastics. It is better to cut off the soft part from the core. Ferment until the taste is most pleasant for you. The pickle must be vigorous!
  • Where do we prepare the pickle? Right! SO:

  • Sauerkraut without straining (Tumanchik)

As I saw the name, I immediately realized that this is your recipe. Tell me, is it sour in taste or more sweetish? Is it soft or crunchy?
Tanyulya
Irishkin, that's how I would eat! I don’t need sweets, but I would eat and eat pickled pickled pickled

Girls, in a saturated brine (this is when you ferment cabbage at 50/50 with old brine), fermented with cabbage for two days. It is pickled-salted-pickled to taste! I can't say that it's sweet. After all, sugar is not added to the brine. Girls, this is delicious!

do not lag behind !!!! pumpkin time! then it is not so useful anymore. the seeds inside begin to sprout, but they still sell it.

Natulya, I described the taste above. And I think the softness depends on the variety. Mine is crispy because it is not fibrous.
