Ingredients

Flour 2 tbsp.
Boiling water 1 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda 1.5 tsp
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Cocoa
(alkalized enough and 4 tbsp. l.)
6 tbsp. l.

Milk 1(3/4) Art.
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Oil 1/3 Art.

Cooking method

  • Mix everything (no need to beat anything with a mixer !!!). At the very end, add 1 cup boiling water / straight from the stove /. Stir (the dough will become rather liquid) and immediately pour into Kasha's saucepan, previously greased with a thin layer of oil.
  • According to my observations, the dough should be such that the spoon placed in it slowly falls ...
  • She baked for 10 minutes on "cook", then she switched to "warm" and another 60 minutes. Look, and when the top of the cake grabs, try with a toothpick for readiness. If necessary, keep it on "warm" for 10-20 minutes.
  • I tried to switch to "cook" after 30 minutes from the start of baking, tried several times to switch to "cook" - output - more than 2 times do not need to switch to "cook" - it burns.
  • The result with any of the above methods is always good !!!
  • You can look at this cake painlessly while baking, it will not settle.
  • Cream from a native recipe, very unusual and delicious:
  • 1.5 cups milk or cream, 1/3 cup semolina, 150g butter, 0.5 ~ 1 can of condensed milk
  • Bring the milk to a boil and add semolina in a thin stream with vigorous stirring. Cook for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Turn off the fire. Leave the porridge to cool.
  • Beat butter (room temperature) with a mixer. Then, continuing to beat, put semolina porridge in it (it should be slightly warm). Then add condensed milk to taste.
  • Condensed milk affects not only the sweetness of the cream, but also its consistency.
  • If desired, you can add juice and grated lemon zest to the cream (it is so more interesting).

"I baked it in 1.30-1.40. It was only 5 minutes on the JOOK, then I switched to heating. It was possible to turn it on again in 10 minutes, but I put it on STEERING and forgot about it for 40 minutes. Then I turned it on two more times. on SOOK, but exactly 1 minute later the HEATER worked again. I played with it for 15-20 minutes and that's it - the cake is ready!
I had a mistake that after the first switching I set the EXTINGUISHING mode, and not JOOK again, then things would have gone faster. "

I did everything strictly according to the recipe. The dough came out sooo liquid, the spoon refused to stand, it just fell and that's it. The dough flowed like kefir.
In COMFORT, I could not keep on JOOK for 10 minutes, as in KLATRONIK, and then when switching again did not hold for more than a minute, I immediately switched to HEATING. I think that is why in KLATRONIKA he gets baked faster and comes out a little higher.
I grew by 7 cm, after cooling it became 6 cm, but this did not prevent me from cutting into normal three cakes, but I don't need more, like there ... IMHO ...

About the cream ... it's definitely worth a try. I have just the same cream on the semolina. Everyone was misled by the height of the cream. The indicated portion was just enough to grease my whole cake.

For the test, I think you should not reduce the amount of oil, it can turn out to be rubbery or hard as the sole of the cake, but you can use any cream ...whatever your heart desires, both yoghurt and low-fat cottage cheese ...

Baked today half rate in Oursson MP0707S / RD Cooker. After 60 minutes, I looked in, rose high, and the top was damp. I left it on for another 20 minutes, baked, but still sank.
