Bagels Sour cream

Ingredients

Sour cream 15% 250 g
Softened butter 100 g
Wheat flour 400 g
Sugar 100 g
Soda 1/2 tsp
Leaf marmalade

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with butter and sugar until crumbs.
  • Add sour cream mixed with baking soda.
  • Knead quickly to a soft dough. Collect in a ball, put in a bag and put in the refrigerator (on the coldest shelf) for 30 minutes.
  • Then take 1/2 part of the dough (leave the rest in the refrigerator), roll it out on a table sprinkled with flour into a circle. Divide into 16 segments.
  • Cut the marmalade into small pieces.
  • Put a piece of marmalade on the wide part of the segment and roll it up.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with paper at a distance from each other.
  • With the remaining dough, repeat the same rolling, cutting and twisting procedure.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven. I have 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the finished rolls with powdered sugar.
