Ingredients

honey 200 g
powdered sugar 200 g
egg 2 pcs
flour 600gr
spices to taste 1 st. l
butter room tempera. 2 tbsp. l
soda 1h l

Cooking method

  • Heat honey, mix with butter and soda. Add eggs and powder, spices. Mix everything and add sifted flour. Knead until smooth and shiny. Keep in the cold for at least a couple of hours. Better a day or two. Roll out 4-6 mm thick. Bake at 180g for 10-12 minutes.
