Overnight pastry

Ingredients

Warm milk 250 ml.
Fresh yeast 25 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 80 gr.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Butter, softened 75 gr.
Flour sun 530 g
Grated zest with 1/2 lemon

Cooking method

  • 1) Bookmark - warm milk, dissolve yeast in it, softened butter, eggs slightly beaten with a fork, sugar, salt, BC flour and grated lemon zest.
  • Cooking program no.13. (Dough)
  • 2) After cooking, put the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 3) Cook your favorite pastry.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Time for preparing:

1 hour 13 minutes + baked goods

Note

This was the name of the test originally, and the author wrote that the test should lie in the refrigerator.
I will say right away that we tested it. A pie was baked from half of the dough immediately, and buns were baked from half after 2 days ...
Both pastries turned out to be delicious (cooked with jam) and beautiful.
