Lazy pumpkin caviar (prepared all year round)

Ingredients

Peeled pumpkin slightly less than 400 gr.
Garlic 3 teeth
Medium head bow about 60 gr.
Carrot (about half the pumpkin norm) a little less than 200 gr.
A tomato 100 g
Fine salt 1 tsp b / g (5 gr.)
Sugar 1 tsp b / g (5 gr.)
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh or dried parsley 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 35 gr.
A mixture of aromatic herbs and spices (my choice is ground: nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon coriander, fennel seeds, thyme) everything in bits

Cooking method

  • Delicious caviar option. Differs in that:
  • First, you can cook all year round.
  • Secondly, you can cook as a "meal" or roll up.
  • Third, vegetables are initially baked (fried). And this changes the taste radically. This can be done in a gas grill oven or skillet (cold season) and on an electric grill or multicooker (warm season). And so, and so delicious!
  • Fourthly, I selected the ratio of spices, herbs and vegetables for a very long time. And I stopped at this combination. For me, this is the perfect ratio! With just this composition, you still have to guess that there is a pumpkin!
  • The proportions provide for a half liter jar.
  • The option is so lazy that it was too lazy to spread it. But my mother said that the country should eat deliciously!
  • So let's cook at last. Shred vegetables: smaller carrots. We fall asleep, fill, sprinkle, mix, bake.
  • Grill or oven, frying pan - until crusty.
  • In a multicooker - without a lid on Baking under an anti-spatter net until golden brown.
  • The main thing is not to stir (unless it's a frying option!).

  • I am showing a variant of the oven. Baking in preheated to 220 degrees for about 40 minutes on foil without covering. Lay the foil so as not to lose juice. And the vegetables so that they were tight and stand-up)))) That is, they did not dry, but were stewed and baked in the marinade at the same time.
  • They took it out of the oven and immediately cover it (with a lid or foil). Leave it a little bit and cool down so that you can beat.
  • Now grind. You can use the blender's foot, or in the bowl with a knife. How convenient. It turns out thick, since vegetables are baked without water! If you have it right away, then that's it !!!
  • If you plan to store it in the refrigerator for some time, then you can put the bowl in the microwave right after grinding and heat it for 1-2 minutes at 800 power, covering it with a microwave lid. Just watch it not crash!
  • If rolled up, then lay out on clean dry cans with a twist. We sterilize on a silicone mat in a slow cooker in boiling water for 15-20 minutes, depending on the can. We twist the cans and turn them over.
  • THIS IS DELICIOUS!!! Be sure to cook!
