Cooking method

  • Remarkably tasty and easy-to-prepare layered roll, without eggs and sugar in the dough, and complete freedom of action in choosing the filling.
  • Let's start with the dough: cottage cheese, margarine chopped with a knife, soda, kefir and salt, flour (look at the consistency of the dough), quickly mix, forming a tight ball, send it to the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Curd roll Margot with different fillings
  • At this time, we ourselves decide on the fillings. You can take one or two types of filling, or all four.

  • Fry the onion until transparent in vegetable oil, add the minced meat and fry until tender, put it in a plate to cool.
