Minced beef + lamb 250 gr.
Water 600 ml.
Onion 1 head
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper taste
Oregano 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Parsley 1 branch

Cooking method

  • 1) Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the bowl.
