Ingredients

For the test:
Oat flakes 60 gr.
Roasted nuts 30 gr.
Nutmeg on the tip of a knife
Wheat flour c / z 30 gr.
Flavored flour c / z 30 gr.
Oat flour c / z to the desired consistency about 60 gr.
Warm water 50 ml.
Invert syrup (or honey) 3 tbsp. l. (80 gr.)
Cinnamon on the tip of a knife
Orange zest tablespoon
For the cream:
Honey 1 tbsp. l. (30 gr.)
Baked pumpkin pulp 220 gr.
Cinnamon on the tip of a knife
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Orange zest 1 tbsp. l.
Homemade cottage cheese of dense consistency 150 gr.
For decoration:
Berries
Chopped nuts or caramel toasted oatmeal

Cooking method

  • We bake the pumpkin. I bake in the oven, wrapping a piece of pumpkin wrapped in leather in foil. Temperature 180 degrees, 30 minutes. Let it cool down without unrolling. Remove the pulp with a spoon.
  • Cooking the dough:
  • Grind oatmeal and nuts into crumbs in a blender bowl with knives. You can take any nuts. Better fried.
