Lazy dumplings on kefir dough

Ingredients

For the test
kefir 130 ml.
water 120 ml.
vegetable oil 10 g
wheat flour, higher. grade 400 g
salt 0.5 tsp
For filling
any minced meat 500 -600 gr
bulb onions 50 gr.
salt taste
spice taste

Cooking method

  • We load all the ingredients into a bucket of HP, knead the dough using the "Pelmeni" or "Dough" program.
  • We cook any minced meat (I often have all pork-rabbit, pork-chicken, sometimes pork-beef 50/50), passing the meat along with onions (you can just chop finely) through the fine grill of the meat grinder, add salt and spices to taste.
  • Roll out the dough into a thin layer, distribute the minced meat evenly on top, roll the dough into a roll as tightly as possible. If we are not going to eat dumplings right away, then freeze the roll for about an hour in the freezer, then cut it into pieces with a sharp knife and distribute it in portions, as it is more convenient to use. Well, if you need to feed the family right now, carefully saw off small pieces of dumplings with a knife and boil them in salted water, like ordinary dumplings. Serve with butter, sour cream, vinegar or whoever else likes it.
