Ingredients

pressed yeast 15 g

peeled carrots 60 gr.
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
butter soft 1, 5 Art. l.
warm water 100 ml

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the dough: crumble the yeast into warm water, add sugar and a spoonful of flour, mix well, leave in a warm place until a fluffy hat appears.
  • Cooking carrots - wash, peel, chop into a fine grater.
  • You can knead the dough in a HP or a food processor. I do this in HP. I add all the remaining ingredients to the dough, knead on the "Dough" program. We are waiting until the end of the program - the dough more than doubles, it is very soft, silky. We form from the dough one large loaf or two smaller loaves, you can put the blank in a mold (I have 40x7x11), not forgetting to grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. We send our workpiece for proofing in a warm place until it is doubled, make cuts and grease it with vegetable oil, turn on the oven at 240C, put a bowl of boiling water down the oven, bake for 10 minutes with steam, then remove the water, bake the loaf at 200C for about 10 more -15 minutes.
  • We get absolutely tender, almost weightless bread with a minimum of effort.
