  • I prepared a very tasty flounder for my daughter. I share.
  • Line the bottom of the steaming container with foil and fold its edges upwards so that the fish cooks in its own juice. Cut off the tail and fins of the flounder so as not to interfere. Finely chop the dill, grate the fish with it. You can lightly salt and pepper (just a little bit). Put the fish in a container, put lemon wedges on top. Set the "steam cooking" mode for 25 min. It will not be difficult to disassemble the finished fish from the bones (it has few of them) and even remove the skin. It turns out really tasty!

I poured grapefruit juice on the fish (what it was). I did not sprinkle dill, did not salt it. Two small fish, cut in half, fit into a mutivo cooker.
One "but" - it seemed to me that the fish should be placed with the dark side down - the skin is denser on it. Having steamed from contact with the foil, it will move away better. Although "dark up" is also well removed.
