Ingredients

DOUGH:
Sour cream (or fermented baked milk, or kefir) 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil 1/4 Art.
Margarine 100 g
Baking powder 10 g
Wheat flour 3-3.5 st.
Salt 1/3 tsp
FILLING:
Cheese (or other pickled cheese) 150-200 g.
Egg 1 PC.
Baking powder on the tip of a knife
Sesame

Cooking method

  • Mix sour cream (fermented baked milk, kefir) with vegetable oil, add baking powder, beat slightly.
  • Melt the margarine (I melted it in the microwave) and pour in the mixture to stir. Add flour. Knead the dough.
  • The dough should be allowed to rest a little in the refrigerator (15-20 minutes).
  • Cooking the filling. Grate cheese. Add a little baking powder to it. Divide the egg. Beat the protein and add to the cheese,
  • mix. We leave the yolk to lubricate the buns.
  • We divide the whole dough into 12 more or less equal parts.
  • Knead the dough with your hands, put the filling in the center of the cake.
  • Pinch the edges, put on a baking sheet with the seam down. Every bun
  • grease with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • We put in an oven preheated to 190 * C,
  • bake buns until golden brown. I baked for about 35 minutes.

I liked the buns too. There is a question about the recipe. The dough contains vegetable oil and margarine. Margarine is a synthetic product with added vegetable fats. It seems to be like "butter oil." But what if you take butter instead of margarine? Or will it be very bold?

Natasha, for me it makes no difference what to add. I am an experimenter to the core. I pour it, pour it. what is.)))))
The recipe is old, for a long time I baked these rolls. Since then, we no longer use margarine. Essentially, I would add regular butter.
