Vegetable oil (for deep fat) 3-4 tbsp.
Flour 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Hello everyone! Today it is not just a recipe, but rather a way of cooking. I want to show you how you can still cook chicken limbs. It is unusual, beautiful and convenient, and of course, delicious as always!
  • Wash and clean the wings. Cut the chicken wing joint into three parts. We take the middle part. Cut in a circle, the meat and tendons from the joint from the upper edge, with the help of your fingers we free a small bone from the meat. Turning it out, remove it from the wing. Pull the meat off the second bone and turn it out. Clean the bone. (Look at the photo) The parts prepared in this way, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  • We take the prepared wing and alternately dip it first in flour, then in an egg and bread crumbs. We heat up the deep fat, put our blanks alternately in the heated oil. Fry the chicken wings over medium heat until the outside color is brown (about 8 to 10 minutes). Put the finished wings on paper towels, let the oil drain. Serve hot with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
