Cookies Anyuta

Ingredients

Oatmeal flakes (not fast) 200 g
Milk 250 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Cottage cheese 200 g
Butter 100 g
Yogurt 1 tbsp. l.
Soda 3 \ 4 tsp
Starch 15 g
Cocoa (not used) 5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 200 g

Cooking method

  • Heat the milk until well warm, pour the flakes. stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to swell.
  • Then add sugar, cottage cheese, softened butter and beat well with knives at high speed until smooth. Beat thoroughly, this is important !!!
  • Add flour, starch and cocoa (not used), beat again.
  • Stir soda in yogurt, add to dough, beat slightly.
  • Pour the dough onto a non-stick baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200C until tender. The exact time depends on the thickness of the dough layer and the characteristics of your oven.
  • I baked in a Princess pizza maker (diameter 30cm) for 20 minutes + 5 minutes off + 15 minutes with the lid open for cooling. The cake is very tender, so you need to carefully remove it.
  • Cut or break the cooled cake.
  • A very quick and clean recipe. Certainly not a masterpiece of culinary art, but it turned out very tasty. Depending on the thickness of the dough, the finished cookies will be either crunchy (if the layer was thin) or soft (if the layer is thick like mine). Just the most delicate and crumbly dough with a crispy crust around the edges. Although in the beginning I had doubts about the amount of oatmeal. But I did everything according to the recipe from the book "The World of Vegetarian Cuisine". The name is also from there.)
