Pasta sauce for children from 1 year old

Ingredients

Bell pepper Half
A tomato Half
Small carrot Half
Small onion Half
Garlic Floor wedges
Dill Twig
Salt, black pepper, bay leaf Optional

Cooking method

  • Pepper, tomato peel from the skin (for this, pour over the tomato with boiling water, and boil the pepper for 1 minute), cut into small cubes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater or cut into thin round slices. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Lubricate a small frying pan with literally a drop of sunflower oil, lay out the vegetables, add water in an amount sufficient for stewing (I added water several times in the process). Simmer for 10 minutes. Add finely chopped dill and spices as desired. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Get out the bay leaf, if put. And then all with a blender "vzhzhzh".
  • It turns out a very tasty and healthy pasta sauce for the little ones. My daughter eats it with pleasure.

The dish is designed for

It turns out about 150 gr.

SmiLena, for me in general, a children's table is a sore subject. On the one hand, there is an eternal headache - there is still much that is impossible, but you want it to be tasty and varied. On the other hand, there is room for creativity! I plan to post more recipes for children in the near future. I can notify if interested
Tumanchik
Olga, I cooked something similar, only instead of pepper I took baked pumpkin / zucchini. Pepper has a specific taste. In general, a great recipe. I confirm! Thank you. I have several recipes just for children. I can share. For me, this topic is always relevant.
Borisyonok

Be sure to share, it is also a very relevant topic, I want to cook tasty and varied, and most importantly it is useful, therefore the more recipes in the piggy bank, the better. I have, however, so far everything is mainly dietary, not allergenic to steam and vegetables, but I hope that this will pass and we will be able to eat varied.
Thank you for sharing the recipe, while in the piggy bank, until better times.
Lo_yve
Galin, I steamed for almost a year. Combined vegetables in different ways: zucchini, pumpkin (sometimes + carrots); pumpkin, carrots (you can also add an apple here, it gives a pleasant sourness); zucchini, potatoes (green peas or green beans can be added here or simply to potatoes); potatoes and a small piece of beets (but potatoes, if they are the basis, I came to the conclusion that it is better to just boil it, it turns out to be some kind of sticky steamed, I did it only when it was mixed with other vegetables a little); all the cabbage (broccoli, cauliflower, math even tried it, I really liked the kohlrabi, then it came to white cabbage) in different combinations; sweet pepper (just do not take the green one, it tastes strong) added in a quarter - half to different mashed potatoes. In general, I chose something as a basis, added something with which it was combined, with what I would cook for myself, all this into a double boiler, then into a blender and ready) always added a little oil (aromatic, olive or butter, which is more will do)
Lo_yve
Galin, the greens were also added here and there (dill more often, parsley and onions less often). I did not pour boiling water over it for a long time, then cut it finely

carry ALL the recipes!
Oh girls. For me, this topic is a sore point. And not only because I cook a lot. And also because my youngest, who was born in a family of gluttons, is completely awful. I am still looking for those dishes or at least products that he LOVES! And although he will soon be 5, I still cannot name them with certainty. Therefore, I invented those dishes so that he at least ate them. Not to mention the love of food. She invented a sauce for pasta with meat, but so that the meat was not even visible. He doesn't digest it. Thank God now I started eating meatballs. Therefore, I have a sea of variations. I baked pancakes and pancakes with vegetables, so that somehow I could feed these vegetables. And how I disguised the cottage cheese and mocked the fish ... I ate soups quite well. I tried to make even sweets healthy. And of course, I always try to cook with my children. And in general, practically so that she does not cook, there is always hope: what if the baby will like it? what if he eats? that's why I don't add salt, there are not enough spices ... Recently I stopped indicating "for children" in the name, as such are less popular by experience. They even asked to indicate what is suitable for both children and adults. And of course, adapt all the recipes to the tastes of your children. I give links:
