  • Roll out the white ball into a cake of such size that you can wrap a chocolate cube in it.
  • Blind it back into the ball (we have already placed a chocolate inside), then roll out the chocolate ball, to size so that you can wrap the white ball. Put the white on the chocolate seam up.
  • And also pinch the chocolate layer. Turn the workpiece over with the seam down and place it on a greased baking sheet.
  • We give a classic proofing.
  • Before planting the products in the oven, they need to be cut
  • cruciform, neat not very deep. Now we preheat the oven to 240 * C. and bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180 * C and keep in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

I, accordingly, have starter dough. Instead of chocolate cubes, I decided to use candy. Therefore, the buns turned out to be oblong and I did not cut it with a cross, but I cut it in parallel.
I cut some of the buns deeply, so the candy began to flow out. But this did not spoil the picture.
I really liked this baking option. The sweets were fragrant and such a delicious surprise inside the bun turned out to be a good decoration for baking.
