Green dough for dumplings, ravioli, dumplings

Ingredients

Wheat flour 400 gr.
Liquid (2 eggs, 2 TB of spinach, water) 200 gr.
Salt 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • The dough recipe is the result of 1.5 years of training, experiments, the use of recipes from other authors and the standard one from a book for a bread maker, as a result, brought to such automatism that you can do it with your eyes closed, everything rolls well, molds, does not disengage when cooking, and for this decided to share it.
  • So the formula is pretty trivial and the preparation is standard, but there are some tricks.
  • Frozen spinach in tablets from Every Day has a large fraction, so I passed it through a blender with a little water, so that it would turn out to be an ordinary smoothie - this will rid the dough of such a jamb as the inclusion of small sheet crumbs.
  • Sift the flour and hang it, I knead it in a bread maker, so put the ingredients according to the instructions, I have liquid first.
  • Hang two eggs (you can use one egg, you can take some yolks or no eggs at all, in general the dough will turn out, but during cooking there is a high probability of opening the seams, so it is better to put at least one), then add spinach smoothie if the underweight remains up to 200 gr, then add water.
  • We put everything in the bread maker, add salt and oil and set the dough mode. If the dough is dry and the bun does not form, then add a little water at a time.
  • It is not necessary to "stand" for an hour in the oven, you can take it out as soon as the kneading stops, wrap it in cling film and let it rest for half an hour and you're done!

The dish is designed for

650 gr.

Yes, very similar, but not the same. I have different proportions and more precise in weight.

I didn't understand why my video recipe is not there, if it was deleted, then for what reason ...
The whole recipe is tailored for the video, I will leave it in the comments.

Val79, what's the weight in a spinach tablet? We only sell fresh spinach, I would like to know how much is needed.
And, I saw on the video about 70 gr.

Thanks for the recipe! I tried it today - the dough is very good. The dumplings turned out to be very tasty. The dough is elastic, does not stick, I did not use flour when rolling. Everything was molded just fine!
