Ingredients

wheat flour, c / z 240-250 grams
milk 80 gram
butter (margarine) 80 gram
sugar 100g
cinnamon 1 tsp
baking powder 0.5 tsp
salt pinch
honey 60 grams

Cooking method

  • Grind sugar with soft butter or margarine.
  • Sift flour with baking powder and cinnamon, add salt.
  • If honey is liquid, then mix with milk, if not, then slightly heat the milk, put honey in it and dissolve.
  • Mix the butter and milk mixture.
  • Add flour mixture.
  • Cracker Graham (for stamp) Gather the dough into a ball and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Roll out the dough 3-4 millimeters thick, cut with a stamp or any shape.
  • Bake on a baking sheet covered with paper or a rug for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
