Ingredients

bread mixture 500 grams
water 300 ml
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
dry baker's yeast 6 g

Cooking method

  • Pour in the bread mixture (net weight 500 gr.) and 6 g of dry baker's yeast in a bread maker, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and 290 ± 10 ml of water at room temperature.
  • Please pay attention to the instructions of the manufacturer of your bread maker in the order of placing the products in the mold.
  • Use program for baking rye bread or main program.
  • Bake bread by choosing loaf weight 750 g.
  • Transfer the finished bread to a wire rack, cover with a towel and let cool.
  • The bread turned out to be very tasty, perfectly baked, good non-sticky crumb, which I have never been able to do for black bread.
  • A big request to forum participants to try to restore the weight / volume of the ingredients included in the mixture.
