chicken thigh with skin 5 pieces
salt 1 tsp
pepper mix
dried ground garlic
hot red ground pepper

Cooking method

  • I am slowly getting used to sausage production))

  • Place a large wire rack in a meat grinder and roll the breast fillet and thigh fillet onto the minced meat.
  • I have a meat grinder Caso FW2000
  • Add salt and spices to the minced meat according to your taste and mix it well. I kneaded with my hands for about 3-4 minutes.
  • I have pork guts for sausages. They must be rinsed well under running water.
  • Place the sausage attachment on the meat grinder and put the casing on the attachment, carefully.
  • You can fill the auger with minced meat in advance and then turn on the meat grinder, but you can turn on and slowly put the minced meat in the auger loading hole.
  • The minced meat must be tightly stuffed into the casing so that the sausages are elastic, the main thing is to overdo it, otherwise they will burst when frying.
  • I tied each sausage with a thread, but after frying, the threads are easily removed.
  • Homemade sausages
  • Preheat grill to maximum temperature, drizzle with oil and fry for about 12-14 minutes. Set the grill to the Rakletnitsa position.
