Ingredients

wheat flour 480 g
sugar 200 g
creamy margarine (any is possible) 230 g
chicken egg 2 pcs.
extinguish soda with vinegar 1 tsp
salt pinch

crushed nuts (mixture) 150-200 gr

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough with flour, sugar, eggs, soda, salt and softened margarine (do not melt margarine). The dough turns out to be soft and does not stick to the hands; the sugar grains that have not melted are felt. Divide the dough ball into two halves, roll one half into a ball and put it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes (I just put it in a saucer without wrapping it in plastic, if you want to wrap it up), and I immediately roll out the second one on a silicone mat (I have 25 / 37) or on a baking sheet lightly sprinkled with flour (you can simply smooth it out with your fingers, forming a thin layer of dough).

  • if the condensed milk was in the refrigerator, you can warm it up a little in the microwave, about 30 seconds, just put it out of the jar first, so it spreads more easily, then sprinkle it with crushed nuts (I took peanuts, cashews and almonds, all nuts without skin), you can also add sunflower or pumpkin seeds.

  • While I was preparing the nuts, rolling and spreading, it was time for the second ball. We take it out from the cold (the dough does not completely freeze) and, holding the grater over our workpiece, rub it on a beetroot grater, evenly distributing it over the first layers of dough (it does not stick easily to the grater).

  • We slightly correct the grated dough that has flown into the wrong place and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 200-220 degrees and bake, it should be browned.

Yes, and I hardly added sugar. I baked in a pizza maker, and there the sweet bottom burns quickly. So I did not add sugar to the bottom layer of the dough, but just sprinkled it into the dough shavings. It turned out not luscious, but sweet enough.
