Lemon Crack Cookies

Ingredients

butter (margarine) 100g
sugar 120 grams
egg 1 piece
lemon juice 3 tbsp. spoons
lemon zest 1 tsp
baking powder 6 grams
wheat flour / grade 300 grams
Additionally
sugar
powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Sift flour with baking powder.
  • Beat butter or margarine with sugar.
  • Add egg and beat well.
  • Pour the juice.
  • Add salt and zest.
  • Add flour and baking powder and stir with a spoon.
  • Once the dough is gathered, put in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Pinch off the dough, roll into balls the size of a walnut.
  • Roll first in sugar and then in powder.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with paper or a rug, at a distance from each other.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • We get it. Let stand for 3-4 minutes. We shoot.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
