Kefir 1% 300 g
Water 50 g
Pressed yeast 15 g
Black molasses 15 g
Peeled rye flour 100 g
Mix "Borodinsky Bread" 100 g
Flour 1 grade 300 gr + 2 tbsp
Salt 10 g

  • Today I went to the store for flour and saw a ready-made mixture for Borodino bread on sale. Here is one, produced in Yaroslavl.

  • I'm not a fan of ready-made mixtures, but I bought this one and decided to add it to bread. Yesterday I baked bread on kefir, I really liked the taste, but I baked it on the "Whole-grain" program and the roof at the end of the proofing collapsed. Today I decided to repeat it with the addition of this mixture on the "Basic" program.

  • Pour vegetable oil onto a spatula and add all the ingredients in order as listed. Be sure to sift the flour, take kefir at room temperature. Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Select the medium crust and the "Basic Bread" program. I followed the kolobok. I had to add two tablespoons of wheat flour. The aroma in the kitchen was crazy during baking! Walked in circles while it cooled down. The bread turned out to be very tasty, with a thin crispy crust and aromatic crumb. She persuaded the crust with milk instantly.
