Water 170 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Butter 15 grams

Cooking method

  • Pour water, throw in butter, cover with flour. Pour sugar, salt and yeast into different corners. Basic mode. After 3 hours, we wait 30 minutes. After complete cooling, you can cut.
  • If desired, turn on the "Dough" mode for 15-30 minutes before the main mode.

The flour and butter on the sides of the bucket helped the crust of bread to become very tanned, even too tanned.

The recipe with a slight change is also suitable for HP Gorenje BM 900 W: bake on mode 1 (Basic), size 750 g, dark crust.
I baked according to a similar recipe from vernisag, only 350 gr. took 190 ml. water, sl. oil 20 gr. and added Art. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
