Curd dough for pies

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
+ for forming patties
Salt pinch
Sugar 3-4 tsp
Slaked soda in vinegar 1 tsp
Market cottage cheese 400 g
Egg 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Do not make the dough steep, it is better to help with flour formation.
  • There can be any fillings. The filling for these pies is mashed potatoes + fried onions.
