Shortbread cookies with rice flour (for stamping)

Ingredients

butter (margarine) I have 50 to 50 226 gram
wheat flour / grade 260 gram
rice flour 35 grams
powdered sugar 70 grams
salt pinch
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Mix two types of flour.
  • Beat very soft butter (margarine) or mixture with powder and salt in a mixer into a homogeneous, fluffy cream.
  • Add flour and stir.
  • Once the dough has gathered, put it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  • Roll out 0.5 centimeters into a layer.

Angela, did not change anything, but simply, when she almost kneaded the dough, she suddenly decided (her husband asked, he loves chocolate cookies) to do this: she separated half of the dough and stirred it with a mixer with cocoa (she sprinkled a tablespoon of cocoa somewhere), the second part of the dough was divided in half and mixed in a little cinnamon in one half, and nothing in the rest. Vanillin did not interfere anywhere. The dough consistency was the same, but the cookies were different in taste. We liked it, the cookies turned out to be very tasty.
