Cheese paste with sweet pepper from Y. Vysotskaya

Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs
Adyghe cheese 300 g
Cilantro (leaves) 1-2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic (optional) 1 tooth.
Salt, pepper, bite

Cooking method

  • Bake the peppers in the oven until they are black, put in a bag, tie and leave to cool. Then peel the pepper by collecting the released juice. Finely chop the pepper.
  • Crumble the cheese in a plate with a fork.
  • Chop cilantro leaves.
  • Combine cheese, pepper, cilantro and lemon juice, stir and season to taste. I also wanted to add garlic. If the mass is thick. you can add the juice from the peppers.
  • Alternatively, serve using a special cooking ring.
