Curd-oatmeal casserole

Ingredients

cottage cheese (I have homemade) 500 grams
oat flakes 50 grams
egg 3 pieces
sour cream 100g
sugar 2-3 st. spoons
lemon zest 0.5 tsp
soda 1/3 teaspoon
lemon juice 1 tsp
vanilla taste
salt pinch
raisins optional 70-100 grams
corn starch 3 tbsp. spoons
chocolate, condensed milk, jam option

Cooking method

  • Stir eggs with sour cream.
  • Pour the egg-sour cream mixture over the oatmeal for 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix with cottage cheese, sugar and beat with a blender.
  • Quench soda with lemon juice.
  • Add to the curd-oat mass.
  • Add starch, vanilla, salt. Place the washed and dried raisins as desired. Stir well.
  • Grease the form with butter or margarine.
  • Spread out the mass and smooth out. Cover with foil or lid. During baking, the casserole increases, but then falls. Make sure there is free space during the climb.
  • We take a pallet, put a mold in it and pour boiling water. The water should be about level with the casserole.
  • Bake in the oven at 160-170 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil or lid, bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Turn off the oven and leave the casserole in the oven for another hour.
  • We take out. Let stand for 5-10 minutes and turn onto a platter.
  • Can be served immediately warm, dripping with melted chocolate, jam or condensed milk.

Mix with cottage cheese, sugar and beat with a blender.

Have you used a submersible?

Angela, is the consistency of the finished mixture like low-fat sour cream or thick? (different cottage cheese is simple)

Photo - as always! Thank you!!!
ang-kay
Girls, thank you all very much for such attention, assessment of the recipe and photo)))

interesting consistency of the casserole
NatashaThis is from a water bath and a relatively low temperature. A similar structure is obtained in cartoons. Here in this early mine you can see

Indescribable beauty, Angel, it doesn't even look like a casserole, it's a soufflé!
Thank you for another masterpiece !!!
Trishka
Oh, and Sho such beauty Mona and without a bath, in the cartoon to do ??
Svetlenki
Angela, sorry for the off-topic, but girls with such an omelet consistency, as you have in the photo cuts of casseroles, achieve in every possible way ...And then it can be done like this ... And you get an omelette "like in kindergarten."

In my case, when there is "only convection" mode, this is probably the way out ... I would think ...
ang-kay
Ksyusha, Thank you. I think that the cartoon will work out too. You can even try for a couple, it seems to me.
Innushka
ang-kay, you can choke on saliva) yummyoooo)

I think you can set the temperature lower - the bathhouse also limits the temperature to 100 degrees. And for a couple, too.
ang-kay, thank you, I will definitely try. Is it better to take thinner flakes?

Sveta, I didn’t make such an omelet. But you can do it for a couple, I saw it somewhere or like this in the bath. But in d / s they just whipped and baked in the oven, as far as I remember. Well I worked as a teacher for several years. But that was so long ago ... And somehow I was not particularly interested. Then they banned omelettes in the garden because of salmonella.
ang-kay
Gibus,

maybe you can write the name, but it's somehow inconvenient

thanks for your comment and attention.

I have it for cooking, I don't keep others. I think that quick cooking will be more homogeneous with cottage cheese.

Innushka, Thank you

Well, ugly))) started to cut and he fell apart a little)))) but vkuusnoo!
ang-kay
Well, not scary. Probably the curd was runny. But I'm glad I liked the taste. I hope you can try again. Thanks for sharing.
please
Quote: ang-kay
Probably the curd was liquidish
: girl-q: for sure, I'll do it, because the child ate))) cottage cheese !!!! did not eat at all)))!
ang-kay
If liquid cottage cheese, then put more starch on a spoon or add oatmeal. If the child ate, then everything is in order with taste, but you will work on the appearance and everything will work out.
Tumanchik
Unusually beautiful and appetizing casserole. I take it to bookmarks! Thank you dear!
ang-kay
To your health, dear!

Angela, and if you make a double portion, from 1 kg. cottage cheese, the baking time does not need to be increased?

And more), please tell me, in what diameter did you bake?

I can't figure out which vessel to load a double portion into ...

We measure sugar with ordinary spoons, not measuring, no? With or without a slice?
ang-kay
Quote: Krosh
baking time does not need to be extended
This will depend on the layer. If the form is large and the layer is thin, then the same time is needed. Perhaps even less. If the layer is small and thick, then the time is longer. But, in general, you need to keep a reference point on your cottage cheese and oven.
Quote: Krosh
what diameter did you bake in
I baked in a liter glass saucepan. The top is 18 cm. I went and tried it on.
Quote: Krosh
measure with ordinary spoons
The spoons are ordinary, like sugar. Innochka, you can always stir and lick. And there you need to decide whether you need slides or finally reduce sugar. Everything is purely individual here)

Angela, thank you very much !!!

I went to the oven, the flakes are already infused ...
ang-kay
Good luck, I'm waiting with impressions.
