Roast "Vegetable lazy" with sausages and smoked sausage

Ingredients

White cabbage (small head of cabbage) 1/2 kochna
Carrots (medium) 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
potato (medium size) 5-7 pcs
Onions (medium size) 1 PC.
tomato paste (as much as possible, to taste) 70 g
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
sausages 350 BC
semi-smoked sausage (cervelat) 150-200 g.
greens (parsley, dill, etc. to taste)
water (multicooker glass) 1,5-2
sunflower oil 2-3 st. l.
garlic (optional and to taste) 2-4 cloves

Cooking method

  • 1.shred the cabbage, cut the carrots into circles, add to the bowl (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2. cut the potatoes into circles, pour into a bowl (up to about the maximum mark), add chopped peppers, salt and pepper, add 1.5-2 cups of water, tomato paste, oil, mix.
  • 3.Set the roast program for 10 minutes and simmer
  • 4.open the cartoon, add the chopped sausages and sausage, add the garlic and herbs passed through the press, mix everything
  • 5. set the "porridge" program for 3 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise. Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

30-40 minutes, together with preparatory processes.

Cooking program:

roast, porridge

Note

you can experiment with vegetables. I even added frozen pumpkin, also very good. delicious. but then do not forget to reduce the amount of water. sorry that there are no pictures. I gave the fotik to a friend for use, but on the phone, it’s not that.
