Cooking method

If the noodles are thick, then it is better to put them a little earlier. Serve with herbs and boiled egg.

These soups are one of our favorites. We cook them constantly. The only problem was that, well, I don't like meat from soup and that's it, and the child too. She generally only eats muck from soup. I already added it this way and that, then in a salad, then in a filling for pancakes, but without meat, the soup is no longer the same. Then somehow we went to the camp site to rest, the meat naturally took only for barbecue. After kebabs the next morning, naturally everyone wanted soup, and they cooked it like a shurpa, only from stew. In general, we ate all the soup, it turned out not even enough. Then I cooked several more times at home from stewed meat (her daughter can eat with cans), and then I thought, why should I poison myself with a store-bought one, if the meat can be stewed anyway. I cooked it and was surprised myself, the meat tastes tender and looks like stew, even in smell. Now we eat it every bit and in the first place.
