Princess Pizza Diet Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

Cake
oat bran 4 rounded tablespoons
eggs 2 pieces
water 2 tablespoons
stevia on the tip of a knife
or brown sugar 1 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon
salt on the tip of a knife
vanillin, zest or cocoa optional
Fill
fat-free soft cottage cheese 400 gram
natural yoghurt 200 grams
lemon small 1 piece
eggs C-O 1 piece
stevia or brown sugar taste

Cooking method

  • For cooking, you need a silicone mold d = 22 cm.
  • Grind the bran in a coffee grinder.
  • Add baking powder.
  • Shake the eggs and water a little, gradually introduce into the bran, constantly stirring so as not to crumple.
  • The dough turns out like for pancakes.
  • Pour it into a mold, smooth it along the bottom with a spoon.
  • Remove the zest from the lemon on a fine grater.
  • Squeeze out the juice.
  • Beat cottage cheese, yogurt, egg, stevia or sugar, lemon juice with a blender until bubbles.
  • Add the grated zest and mix gently.
  • Pour onto dough.
  • Bake cold princess for 10 minutes, no more!.
  • Disconnect and leave off for 30 minutes.
  • Open the lid several times, release steam so that condensate does not accumulate.
  • Gently remove from the oven, cool completely and put in the refrigerator overnight.
  • When serving, garnish with fruit if desired, or sprinkle with grated chocolate.
