Note

The cooking time for apples depends on the amount of liquid in the bowl.
I had medium-sized Golden apples so I used a quarter glass of sugar and a quarter glass of water.
If the apples are hard and sour, then take 3/4 cup sugar and water.
Add spices and lemon juice to your taste.
A delicious winter dessert that goes well with cottage cheese or ice cream.
And it's very easy to prepare. Apples are soft, juicy, fragrant, just a joy to the heart on a frosty and sunny winter day

I liked the recipe, but no rice cooker (
If I knew at what temperature this "cook" works, it could be adapted to the multi and the oven
brendabaker
In the oven, I baked apples in spiced cider. Baked for about 1 hour at 175 "C, covered with foil or a lid. But it was a different recipe, here it looks like jam on top.
In the book for multicooker, apples stuffed with cottage cheese are cooked in the BAKING mode for 10-15 minutes, but this is also a different recipe.

Maybe this information will help somehow, I hope
IvaNova
thanks for the info!

There is only one mode in a rice cooker - rice cooking, which corresponds to the "rice" multicooker mode.

The rice cooker cooks until the liquid boils off, like a PANASONIK multicooker.
And my both REDMOND and ZELMER cook rice at the set time. They won't stop even if all the water boils away.

IvaNova, I looked at another recipe in the book by Anna Kitaeva "I love the multicooker".
APPLE DESSERT WITH NUTS AND HONEY.
4 large, hard apples
4 tbsp. l. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. l boiled round grain rice,
3-4 tbsp. l light honey
1 tsp cinnamon,
1/2 tsp a mixture of ground cloves, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom.
Chop the nuts coarsely. For the filling, mix chopped nuts, boiled rice, 1.5-2 tbsp. l. honey, cinnamon and gingerbread spice mix.
Wash the apples. You can pour boiling water over the peel. Use a short, sharp knife to cut out the apple flesh with a cone around the stem. then remove the core with the seeds. The bottom of the apple must remain intact.
Lubricate the apple notches with honey (remaining 1.5-2 tbsp) and fill with the filling.
Place the apples in the MV bowl and pour 0.5 MV glass of water into the bottom of the bowl.
Run the BAKE program for 20 minutes.
Cooking time depends on the variety of apples, their weight and condition.
Look into the multicooker in 15 minutes - the apples may be ready. If, at the end of the program, the apples are still hard, turn on the BAKE program for another 10 minutes.
The recipe is also different, but the principle of cooking stewed apples in a slow cooker is spelled out in detail, it might somehow suggest an idea.
