Ingredients

Wheat flour (I have 1 s) 400 g
Starch 150 g
Soda 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 200 g
Carbonated water 200 g
Vegetable oil 60 g

Cooking method

  • Mix starch, flour, sugar.
  • Add water, oil, soda, quenched with vinegar.
  • Knead the dough quickly. First, it will be large lumps, you need to collect them in a ball with your hands, put them in a bag and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Then you can skip the dough through a meat grinder. I did it with Meat grinder CASO FW 2000 or simply roll out and cut with molds.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until lightly browned.

  • Of course, it was possible to do with the molds, but I really wanted to try the attachment for the new meat grinder.)) The sausages came out very sympathetic, but in the oven the relief blurred. But it tasted very tasty. And although the cookies are hard on the outside, when biting through, they instantly become soaked and become soft and tender. And we'll work on the recipe.)
