Chocolate noodle dough with whole grain flour and honey

Ingredients

Bitter chocolate 100 g
Honey 60 gr.
Coarse sea salt ¼ h. L.
Whole wheat flour 120 g
Flour / s (how much dough will take) it took me 100 g
Room temperature water 80 gr.

Cooking method

  • I wanted the unearthly .. Maybe noodles? And the husband asks for sweets. Dug in the net. Found a recipe for chocolate noodles and tweaked it a bit. I am sharing the result with you. I hope you will.
  • Break the chocolate into pieces. We send honey, salt and chocolate to the HP bucket. We turn on the Yogurt mode in order to melt. It melted for me within 15 minutes.
  • Chocolate noodle dough with whole grain flour and honey
  • Sift flour separately and mix. Pour the flour all at once into the HP bucket, into the melted chocolate and turn on the Unleavened dough mode. When the flour and chocolate turn into crumbs, pour in the water.

  • Knead the dough for a couple of minutes. Then collect in a ball and put in a bag in a warm place for 30 minutes. More is possible.

  • Roll out from 7 mm.

  • If the dough crumbles, let it sit still. It is desirable to keep the dough in a bag near the battery, as it dries quickly and begins to crumble. Cut into 2 x mm. Dry by dusting with flour. It is better not to cook fresh, although I did.
  • It turns out beautiful noodles. The dough is certainly not as elastic as on eggs, but very fragrant, healthy and beautiful. The crumbness and flavor are also given by the use of whole grain flour. Of course, you can completely take a / c, but you want it to be not only tasty, but also healthy.
  • It cooks faster than usual. The taste is aromatic and beautiful, but softer. Therefore, you need to cook it only as much as it will eat right away. Drizzle with olive oil. Do not rinse.

Cool, for lovers of macaroons and chocolate!
It’s a pity that I don’t have a noodle wheel yesterday. Mistletoe was teasing with noodles, now you have a conspiracy.

I'm not friends with the dough sheeter. I'm bored with her. It seems to me that I do it with my hands faster.

Helen, so she's no more difficult than the most ordinary one to prepare. So this is not something extra natural at all.

Ira, What a delight for the eyes and taste! I have no dough rolling machine, no bread maker, no pair of spare hands ... But at least a little, I'll do it for sure. I'm always more interested in the process than in the result (I rarely try the result), but here - such an original technology (for me) that you can't pass by. Thank you very much for your delicious creativity!
