Noodles (multicooker Supra 5201)

Ingredients

Wide noodles 1/2 pack (225g)
Onion 1 large onion
Carrot 1 medium
Salt
Pepper
Spices (turmeric) taste
chicken broth
Boiled chicken 200-300 g

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion. Cut the carrots into long strips. Enable mode Frying time 10 min... Fry onions and carrots and boneless chicken, adding spices (turmeric and chicken seasoning). Put the noodles (I have a Rollton, put 3 plates, half a pack). Pour the broth over the noodles so that it does not slightly reach the level of the noodles. Add a pinch of salt. Enable mode Cereals time20 minutes... In the process, stir a couple of times so that the noodles do not stick together and check the amount of broth. If the broth is too much (there should be a little left, otherwise the noodles will stick together) add another 5 minutes. Season with pepper.
  • For me, as a non-advanced multi user, it was easier to cook it in a pan, but I decided not to be lazy and adapt the recipe for multicooker.

The slow cooker makes life a lot easier when you get used to it. Although at first, of course, you will have to tinker, as with any new case.
You have already started, I see the noodles were successful, and what is delicious is clear from the list of ingredients.
Sour cream
Yes, that's a good thing. Now I went to cook pilaf
brendabaker
