Ingredients

Water 150 g
Sun-dried tomatoes * with butter, garlic, rosemary 150 g
Rye flour 150 g
Whole grain wheat flour 170 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the tomatoes with water until smooth.
  • Add all the ingredients and knead for a soft, sticky dough. You may need a little more flour / less, depending on the amount of oil that you take with the tomatoes.
  • Gather the dough into a ball, cover and leave for 30 minutes.

  • Then pinch off small pieces from the dough, roll out into thin cakes and bake in a dry frying pan on both sides.
  • I baked in a chapatnitsa. Due to the fact that the dough is soft, you can not press the top lid very hard and no more than 2 times.
