Well, have dinner once and have lunch once (in one person).
However, I decided that since everything in my stomach will mix up, it is not a good idea to get a pile of dishes dirty.
In general, I took a thick-walled saucepan. I mixed the components for the marinade and the dressing together and coated the chicken parts with this composition. She poured citrus juice into the bottom of the saucepan and cut the beets with carrots and the remains of an orange into slices. She put a chicken on top. And sent it to the oven. After 15 minutes she turned the chicken over (it turned out to be skin down). After another 15 minutes, she turned the bird over again, and almost fell in amazement - the bird's skin was of a beautiful golden color with a coral hue. Very beautiful bird! Beetroot "cosmetics" is clearly to her benefit. I poured a little water (I love a soft bird cooking in steam) and left it for another 40-45 minutes (but half an hour would be enough).
And when I began to try this "bird of happiness", I had a gastronomic shock. The vegetables were quite ready, but with a slight crunch. And completely different from the usual carrots with beets.
In general, what kind of "dinner and lunch" is there? I tried everything in one sitting: girl_red: Conclusions:
1. Another festive dish has gone into the recipe box.
2. Next time marinate chicken at least an hour before baking. Let it be not only rosy, but also as fragrant as possible.
3. Citruses can be mixed in moderation with berries (cherries, gooseberries, red and white currants). I am sure that the dish will not lose from this.
