Ingredients

rice 3 tablespoons
bulb onions about 250-300 grams
carrot 150-200 grams
potatoes 350-400 grams
canned saury 1 can
greens
spices, salt, vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Pour 2 liters of water into a three-liter saucepan, turn on the stove and add 3 tablespoons of rice to still cold water .. (any that is in the house .. BUT! I never added steamed and I don't know how it will turn out ..) and go peel carrots, onions, and potatoes ..
  • send the onion finely to the frying pan .. when it comes to the middle of cooking, add the carrots and fry well in vegetable oil. Just by this time, the water should boil .. and we throw our roast into the broth. Add spices. I have a "Delicate" 0.5 teaspoon. Then the mode for potatoes squares .. how our frying will boil .. let it boil for about three minutes and throw off the potatoes, and at the same time I throw in frozen greens (if you have fresh herbs, of course you will add them at the end of cooking) now let's start a can of saury .. open it BUT !!!
