Note

There is no gas in the house ... And I always have it cooked and smells of pies. What can you do - my husband is used to eating tasty and varied. The builders who are carrying out the overhaul of our house joke that it is better not to go to our apartment without having dinner. And they always come to smell, as if by accident. And they always leave with a piece of something tasty. What can you do ... would rather finish ...
With love, Your Tumanchik

Tumaaaanchik! You are my salvation. I sculpt different muffins every morning. The builder makes repairs, not to feed him with caviar for tea). I wondered what else to invent ... Come up with more corn waffles, huh? With suluguni ...

Tumanchik, Irisha!
Such bright cupcakes! Only now I don’t use the micro ... only to warm up, and then only when the children come (they go nowhere without it, but I don’t need it ...). But it will probably be delicious in the oven too!
I took it to the "bins"!

Irinka, take the report! I baked your muffins without hesitation, because, as I said, we love cornmeal baked goods. I don't have a paste like yours. Therefore, on your advice, I made it with boiled condensed milk, but ... at a power of 750 W in 4 minutes, condensed milk turned into a very hard toffee, although the muffins themselves turned out to be quite tasty. And, what do you think, I didn't stop there. I kneaded the second portion, since everything is done at lightning speed. For the sake of experiment, I made half with apple jam, the other with the same boiled condensed milk (I will say right away that I cook condensed milk myself from the proven Gost-ovskaya). Already baked for safety at a power of 650 W for 4.5 minutes and, everything turned out as it should, delicious. So, in the future, I will continue to bake, changing the fillers, and, on occasion, with your pasta, as I am going to cook it.
Thank you dear for the recipe! Delicious fluffy dough muffins!

galchonok-Check, what a fine fellow you are! And what a photo - straight drooling! Very good! It's good that you described everything in such detail. I'll edit it now. My micra is an old woman, I need to write about it
Thank you so much for using the recipe and sharing the result.
The dough is prepared in a moment, so you can cook more than once, trying all the new fillings! I made it soft with iris today! it turned out very tasty too.

Tumanchik, but tell me, buddy, does the dough turn out to be tender-crumbly? I have no microwaves, I myself like a microwave, corn flour, like Uncle Matroskin's shoe polish, I want such a delicious cake, but I like tender shortbread dough.

Ira, Stunningly beautiful !!! So festive and sunny! (and the morning became Kind) I didn’t know that such a charm could be created in the microwave, I’ll also try it quickly.

first of all I will buy muffin cups, so that everything is "strictly according to the recipe"

Thank you very much for such a wonderful recipe.

the dough turns out to be tender, crumbly chi not?
Annushka purely corn is always crumbly (even I would say grainy) a little wet, if not overdried, of course. You can easily bake in the oven! There are more chances not to dry out, as it is easier to look.
Glad to see you crazy! Missed

For some time now I decided to cook first, then unsubscribe. And then you write it down, and then your hands do not reach. I made cupcakes in the morning, I was very curious - how is it with chickens. flour. It turned out - softly crumbly and tasty. I made it with apple jam, I have to repeat with something else. Thank you !!!

Wow, what a good expression "you maesh race" (I was just writing an article about Descartes's rationalism, here the Universe is annealing). Rice flour should be tried, thanks for the tip.
My daughter is now having a meal, and is generally delighted.

Tumanchik, Ira, Good day! I’m here with a report, but I don’t know if you will accept it ... in your recipe. It didn't look like it at all. Well, maybe as an option? .. First there were cupcakes. Corn (grits ground in a coffee grinder). In the microwave. All according to the recipe. And then ... how it went. But! even with my flaws - the cupcakes in their pure form are airy and very tasty. The dough is wonderful! It departed from the molds by itself. And then, while I was thinking about chocolate, whether to rub it so that it melted faster, or just to break it into pieces, they "helped" me to make a decision ... In general, in the end, instead of a chocolate sun, it turned out to be a kind of "strawberry meadow". It's just that some people with a sweet tooth often remember Carlson (or Winnie the Pooh).

And I need a teleport so that no one interfered helped

Thank you, Irochka, for a wonderful recipe for express cooking of goodies and speedy mood improvement! It was not only tasty, but also fun.

Irish, The first attempt does not fit into the "general concept" of the recipe,

but once I managed to "click" - that's what came out of the micro ... and in the end

The milled groats turned out to be lighter than corn flour, I will take into account for the future, I wanted suns

Lenochka, why is it so modest? This is a creative recipe. Inspired simply by the desire to cook quickly and tasty. You did it! You're doing fine. And for the fact that I still found the time to tell and show, I am also immensely grateful to you. The main thing is that it worked out and liked it! The cupcakes are very tasty. And with strawberry jam, it's just a salivary yummy!

Thanks to the author for the cupcakes! Baked, delicious. But for some reason my dough was very thick, it turned out, I had to liquefy it, I added what was at hand - about 100 ml of kefir! The dough in butter, sugar is slightly reduced. They didn't bother with the filler, because I didn't know what would come of it (because of the kefir) ... But it turned out cool! Thank you very much for the recipe!
But still it is not clear why only I had the need to supplement the dough with liquid ...
