SIMPLE MEAT:
Natural fat milk - 1.2 liters
Natural thick fat sour cream - 150 ml.
Poured into a bowl, mixed well with a whisk, poured into jars, closed with lids, put in a yogurt maker.
The time was set at 8 hours (as in the instructions), the yogurt was ready in about 4-5 hours.
I cooled the curdled milk on the table to room temperature, put it on the balcony (cold) for ripening.

It turned out homemade yogurt, very delicate in taste and consistency I really liked the taste
As you can see in the photo, curdled milk keeps its shape very well, even when the jar is tilted.

But, there are recipes from fresh sour cream and cream, and the time is also 8 hours. I think it just put the total cooking time. You need to look after the fact - there the time will be different.

When ourson is turned on, a red light comes on, as the temperature picks up, red and green start blinking, as the green dials and supports. When I turned off the yoghurt maker, the cups were not hot, they were warm. The yogurt turned out well there and there. I kept 5-30, but I needed 5 for this leaven. Take out the tefal and put paper towels and cardboard on the bottom.

The jars are too warm, the temperature of the yogurt itself is 44.7. Too much. True, I made yogurt only in a small Filipke (3060), the jars there were not so warm. I made yoghurt from different milk, but always natural and with a short shelf life (fat content 4-6%), about 5 days.
I do not process milk in any way. I combine it with sour milk (yogurt, sour cream and others), yesterday there was a jar of fresh ayran, stir it in a bowl, heat it to room temperature T * C to about 20-25 * C (if milk is from the refrigerator, pour it into jars and put it in a yogurt maker.
I choose the time at 8 o'clock, and then I track it after the fact, yesterday it was ready in 5 hours.

The device maintains temperature stability, there is a blocker. This can be seen from the lights on.
Once I put milk directly from the refrigerator, the temperature leveled out for more than an hour, and the yogurt was cooked for a longer time.
