Salmon creamy fish appetizer

Ingredients

frozen salmon tesha 400 BC
dried dill (I took frozen) taste
salt taste
pepper (I took white and lemon) taste
fat cream (I have market) 175 ml.

Cooking method

  • Girls, I want to treat you to a wonderful "fish oil" (that's his name in my family) from Delise from a friendly site. Try it. You will not regret. Very tender and tasty. Better than any sprat pate. And most importantly, EASY and FAST!
  • For cooking, I used freshly frozen salmon tesha. She took off her skin, right from the frozen one. Cut into small pieces. I had 400 g of fish. I put it in a bowl, sprinkled with frozen herbs, dill and parsley. I put it in the microwave for 7 minutes.

  • Allowed to cool completely. Then I added salt and pepper. Beat with a submersible blender until puree.

  • Separately, with a mixer, whipped 175 ml of cream (market) to the peaks.

  • I put the cream in the fish bowl

  • and mixed with a mixer at first speed.

  • Then I took a 500 ml container (I have a 500 ml Aquik), lined it with cling film, put all this mass there, and covered it with plastic wrap.

  • And a lid. And put it in the refrigerator. It needs to stand for at least 5 hours. Better if you stand all night. Here's what happened.

  • Then spread on bread and eat. Bon Appetit.

Note

It looks like a MONOLITH But in fact it is a VERY GENTLE oil. And VERY tasty! It is eaten instantly. Try it, maybe it will become a frequent guest on your table.
More about the microwave. I suspect that many do not use microwave ovens. Can be steamed. But I like the microwave better. The juice does not go anywhere and the fish is prepared in its own juice. I have never steamed. How long I don’t know. But I think it’s not long. Small fish and small pieces Good luck!

And tesha are the bellies?
Svetochka, exactly. They are cheap, and the result is excellent. In addition, they have a lot of vitamin A (fish oil), which is very useful for us

Lyudmila, as I read your recipe, my hands were combing. I even bought the bellies (although they are not cheap at all here ..). And then a problem appeared - we sell 20% cream - there is no more fat content ... So I am in thought - to take a chance or not? I understand that this is like a mousse.

I have never done anything with the shops. I take ... homemade ones in the market. I think that if only they whipped well. This is not a mousse, but rather a very delicate butter It spreads well on a toast.

And, it was, it was not! I'll try anyway! Thanks for the recipe!

So low-fat cream or even milk can bring.
And I liked the recipe, try hotzza.
ludast
Olga, thank you! take note. But I already did - whipped cream with lemon juice. It seems to have fluffed up quite well, not to hard peaks, but still. Now, until the morning, I will run out from curiosity, whether it worked or not.

Mila1, the recipe was very interesting.
Is it possible to make this appetizer from any other part of the fish or exclusively from the salmon?

And I, unhappy, bursting with curiosity.
ludast
Here I also have a question arising from another fish is it possible? It's easier to buy pink salmon from us, for example.
Tumanchik
Luda as an excellent spread - just yours! Thanks for the recipe. One question: at what point is it better to remove the bones from the tesha?

Svetochka, I didn’t try to do it from another part of the fish. It's just that we sell frozen tesha on the market cheaper than the fish itself. It is convenient to work with it, so I make it out of it.Besides, there is a lot of fish oil in the abdomens, the benefit again

Irish, thank you for stopping by to visit. There are no bones in the abdomen Tesha is sold in the form of such long, narrow, fatty pieces of fish ... there I have never come across bones. In any case, I do not remember This is what is convenient. Cut into small pieces across, put them in a cup, sprinkle with dill and microwave. And then there is practically nothing to do

Well, I'm reporting. Luda, this is delicious! I was afraid that it would not thicken, due to the fact that the cream was 20%, but everything is fine. And it really turned out like a mousse. I think it will be denser with normal cream. Very tender. It seems to me that you can stuff profiteroles with this appetizer. I will definitely do it! I will try pink salmon fillet next time. Thank you very much, Lyudmila!
Mila1
ludast, Lyudochka, I'm so glad that I liked it. Frankly speaking, I'm always afraid to upload recipes. What do you like, not the fact that someone else will like it, but I praise Profiteroles you can start, thank you for not being afraid to repeat Was it frozen like a brick on this cream, or did it not keep its shape?
ludast
Luda, I didn’t shake it out of the mold, so I won’t say a brick or not. We just smeared it on bread and ate it with spoons ...
