Meatballs under the hat

Ingredients

For the meatballs:
Minced meat (I have pork + beef) 500 gr.
Coarse sea salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Spices to taste
Dry wheat bread 40 gr.
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
Bulb onions 1 head
Garlic 2-3 teeth
For the hat:
Raw potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion head 1 PC.
Grated cheese 70-100 gr.
Dried or fresh greens 1 tbsp. l.
Chilli taste
Sour cream (mayonnaise) by consistency
Fresh champignons some

Cooking method

  • Continuing variations on meatballs. This time we cook them in hats. After all, New Year is for everyone. Season the minced meat with salt, sugar and spices. Add dry bread crushed into crumbs and sour cream. Be sure to knead well with the handles or hook of the combine (at least 5-8 minutes). Put it in the refrigerator for at least 30-40 minutes.
  • Prepare boiling water. Peel the potatoes and three on a coarse grater. Put the potatoes in a colander and scald. Let the water drain. We transfer to a plate. Add chopped onions and grated cheese, herbs, chili to the cooled potatoes. Now we fill the mass with sour cream or mayonnaise quite a bit. For sticky consistency only.
  • We cut the champignons nicely along the leg.
  • Then use the meatballs to shape the meatballs. The top of the meatball with a flattened spatula. Put the potato-cheese mass on top. Let's straighten. Put a piece of mushroom on top of the mass.

  • We bake the meatballs in the oven at 220 degrees until tender.
  • Serve with any side dish.

Note

Here it seems simple products, but now a little in a new way. It is very tasty to replace potatoes with root celery.
Try to cook for your family.
With love, your Tumanchik!

Solidarity, good for fish, meat, and vegetables. The meatballs are very interesting, immediately with a side dish. Taste.

yes it does not matter. I always pickle pork with salt + sugar, and in minced meat.

Irisha Tumanchik, thanks for the deliciousness I put it in the bookmarks for now. I have never added bread to the meatballs, you need to try (as I understand it for juiciness)
