Ingredients

milk 1 cup (250 ml)
finely chopped dill 1/2 cup (30 g)
salt 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Before preparing food, it is recommended to completely immerse the ceramic pot in cold water (or at least just pour cold water into it) for 15-20 minutes to soak its pores. You do not need to wipe it dry, on the contrary, it should remain moist before laying food.
  • Wash the fish fillet, dry and cut into small pieces.
  • Chop the washed and dried dill.
  • Beat the mixture of eggs and milk lightly with a fork or whisk.

  • Salt the sliced ​​fish fillets and put them in a pot (the volume of my pot is 2 liters).

Quickly and without much hassle, a light and tasty dish is obtained - tender fish in a tender omelet with dill.

I found the recipe for this dish in my old notes, it was obviously taken from the Internet, but I could not find the author (apparently the recipe was presented on some culinary forum and its traces were lost). The technology of cooking fish in this way is described in the book "Russian cuisine in exile", authors: P. Weil, A. Genis.

It seems to me that fillets of almost any sea fish are suitable for this recipe - the main thing is that it is not bony and watery.
