Red bean salad with honey agarics

Ingredients

Red beans (ready-made) 200 g
Pickled mushrooms * 200 g
Tomatoes 200 g
Sweet pepper 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Water 1 \ 2 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dried thyme 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tooth.

Cooking method

  • Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings, add vinegar and boiling water. Let sit for 30 minutes, then rinse and squeeze.
  • Canned beans can be used. I boiled it myself, after soaking it for 6 hours.
  • Drain the marinade from honey agarics.
  • * I have boiled and frozen mushrooms.
  • Mix the ready-made beans, honey mushrooms, onion, oil, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic passed through a press. Close and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • Add chopped peppers and tomatoes in the morning.
  • Stir and adjust the salt

This year I am without honey mushrooms, especially pickled ones. I am not pickling mushrooms, only salt.
In general, I soak dry mushrooms for several hours, then boil it, then fry it and use it in this form in various dishes (pies, salads, soups, in second courses). Sometimes dishes with dried mushrooms are more aromatic than fresh ones.

Recipe changes:
- I cut champagne into plates or pieces - immediately in the form in which they will be in the salad
- fry
- if, according to the salad recipe, pickled onions are needed, I immediately put the onions in the marinating container in the slicing in which they will be in the salad (without frying)
- I don't add bell peppers, spices to taste (usually only peppercorns and a few slices of garlic (no roasting)
- I keep the proportions of the fill, but I make the fill volume so that the mushrooms "float".
In general, I take a container. I shave onions and garlic into it. I add the fried mushrooms. I immediately fill it with the prepared fill. And let them stand for a few hours))
You want ready-made mushrooms for a salad, you want a lazy (and not lazy) pizza, you just want potatoes - they go everywhere
