Ingredients

Flour 290g
Butter 150g
Granulated sugar 300g
Cottage cheese 280g
Egg 4 things
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 1/4
Powdered sugar for decoration

Cooking method

  • I took this recipe from the recipe book for the brand new Cuckoo CMC-CHSS1004F.
  • 1. Sift flour, add baking powder, salt, mix. I used Pudov flour with baking powder.
  • 2. Beat soft butter well with sugar, add cottage cheese, eggs, salt one at a time, until smooth.
  • 3. Add flour, stir, do not beat.
  • 4. Pour the dough into a greased multi bowl or baking dish.
  • 5. Baking oven mode 1 - 1 hour 20 minutes.
  • 6. Decorate with powdered sugar.

Time for preparing:

1 hour 20 min

Note

I added less sugar to the cake - 150 gr. it turned out just right for me
