Ingredients

OPARA:
Milk 0% 500 ml
Fructose 1 tsp
Bran fried in a dry skillet 50 g
Hercules 50 g
Whole flour 250 g
White flour 200 g
Pressed yeast 10 g
DOUGH:
kefir 0% 500 ml
water 0.5 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp
soda to extinguish the acid of kefir 1/2 tsp

olive oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • PANCAKES LIGHTENED YEAST
  • Knead a thick dough and leave warm until it bubbles and begins to fall off slightly.

  • Instead of sour cream, you can serve soft 0% cottage cheese.
