Ingredients

Cupcake: eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 250 gr.
Sour cream 200 gr.
Instant coffee 2 tbsp. spoons
Sugar 6 tbsp. spoons
Baking soda 1 tsp
Cream: soft cheese (Mascarpone is best) 200 gr.
Cream (better than 20%) 100 ml
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Liqueur Amaretto 4 tbsp. spoons
Cocoa powder for sprinkling on top

Cooking method

  • Due to the fact that I adore tiramisu, I am looking everywhere for new recipes for its preparation. I found this recipe for coffee cake on the Internet, decided to try baking it in my Steba and turn it into my favorite dessert tiramisu. I'm a beginner, I took it without fear.
  • Beat eggs with sugar for about 2 minutes. The result is an airy and silky foam.
  • We dilute coffee in 3 tablespoons of water. Add it to the eggs.
  • We introduce sour cream and soda into the dough. Whisk slowly.
  • Add flour. There should be a thick sour cream consistency.
  • She baked in a ceramic bowl, put baking paper on the bottom, oiled it.
  • I put the program Kasha 0.3 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • When the signal sounded about the end of the program, there was no smell of baking at all! I thought it didn't work out ... But when I opened the lid after 5 minutes, I smelled of an extraordinary coffee aroma! My brown miracle was not very high - about 5 centimeters tall, I think it was because of the first grade flour (there are many housewives in the house, the highest one suddenly ended). Allowed to cool, cut the cake into 2 parts. The cake was baked evenly and turned out to be very nostril.

  • While the cake was cooling down, I made a cream of soft Violetta cheese (I tried it for the first time) and cream. But the consistency turned out not quite what was needed, I had to correct the situation with Mascarpone cheese ... I added powdered sugar, whipped with a blender (whisk). It turned out to be an excellent consistency, which is necessary! Soaked each part with Amaretto liqueur, applied one part of the cream to the bottom cake, the second to the top. Sprinkled cocoa powder on top through a strainer. I left it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. My work was intended for my mother and my sisters, nieces ... After 3 hours we tasted the cake ... Everyone really liked the rich liqueur-coffee taste and the silky texture of the biscuit. Before that, I spoiled my relatives with tiramisu from store-bought cookies. The cream was almost completely absorbed again, perhaps I should have taken more cheese. The whole thing was sentenced! And I have problems with the pictures - I can't place them in the text ...

Apparently in a pressure cooker. But not everyone has them, so not everyone will understand what "porridge 03" is.
You opened the lid 5 minutes after the end of the program - is this a fundamental point or can you open it immediately?
