  • Let the pepper sweat well and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  • Then we take out and remove the skin and cleanse of seeds.
  • cut into small pieces, you can use a knife, or you can use a grinder.
  • we take a glass for a blender and put the Serbian feta cheese there, after breaking it, because it goes in 1 piece.
  • top with chopped Bulgarian pepper and hot red pepper.
  • At swing speed, immersed in a blender, I have a Caso HB800, we bring our ingredients to a uniform consistency.
  • The sauce can be cooled in the refrigerator and then make balls with an ice cream spoon, or you can simply serve in sauce bowls.
  • The taste of the sauce is very unusual, a combination of salted feta cheese and sweet pepper with a little spice.
