Cooking method

Of course, you can use other cheese as well, but this was the case in the original recipe. As soon as the soup boils again, turn it off. And let it stand a little. When serving in bowls, add herbs (I love dill) and a generous teaspoon of red caviar. Yes, at current prices, this soup is not for every day. We will do it on the first day of the New Year. The fishy taste is almost not felt, I like it so much
